Crazy Pop is a limited edition, ultra-modern release from the Quebraditas farm in Colombia, produced by Edinson Argote. The Caturra Chiroso variety, with enzymatic fermentation and controlled thermal shock, produces an extremely juicy, sweet cup, very much in the style of competition coffees. The aroma is a raspberry cake – sweet, creamy, and intensely fruity. The flavor is complemented by stone fruits like apricot and peach, which give the coffee a soft, syrupy structure. A delicate, almost floral elegance ties the whole together, making the coffee both wild and perfectly clean. Very high juiciness, a sweet, dessert-like finish, and excellent flavor clarity both on the filter and in espresso.
