Fiftybeans – Minty Muse is a coffee experience quite unlike any other. Edinson Argote from the Quebraditas farm has crafted a profile that defies traditional coffee boundaries. The secret lies in advanced enzymatic fermentation: Caturra cherries were fermented for 72 hours alongside fresh kiwi and lulo (a Colombian fruit reminiscent of kiwi and bergamot). Assisted by a special enzymatic extract, the beans absorbed these vibrant fruit flavors, resulting in a profile that is both daring and unique.

In the cup, Minty Muse is pure excitement. The name doesn't lie – the flavor strikingly resembles After Eight chocolates, blending deep sweetness with a refreshing, mint-like coolness. This is complemented by zesty kiwi and vibrant citrus notes that provide a crisp finish. It is a "competition style" coffee that shines in a V60 and makes for a truly mind-blowing espresso. Take note: these beans need time to settle – brew them at least 14 days post-roast using boiling water for the best results.
