Sebastian Ramirez from El Placer farm is a true flavor engineer, and this edition is the result of advanced fruit co-fermentation. After initial oxidation, the Caturra variety was placed in hermetically sealed barrels with dried peaches and apricots for another 48 hours. The result? A total fruit bomb that tastes more like juicy nectar than a classic brew.
The aroma is dominated by sweet, intense peach candy – the scent is so pronounced it fills the room as soon as the bag is opened. The flavor is led by the juiciness of stone fruits: ripe peach blends with apricot, creating a thick, almost syrupy, and ultra-sweet profile. This coffee is made for fans of modern, experimental processing, maintaining incredible clarity and balance in a V60 or Aeropress.
