Friedhats - Ethiopia Alemayehu Daniel - 250g
This farm, named after its farmer, is very small. Alemayehu and his brother inherited 10 hectares of farmland from their father, Daniel Miju. They operate their farms side by side, a true family business. Alemayehu used to sell his cherries through a union, but two years ago obtained his own export license.
The farm is located in Worka Chalbesa in the Yirgacheffe region, arguably Ethiopia's most famous region. They produce coffee with a lemony aftertaste and syrupy natural coffees made from red fruits. This coffee is no different: "Strawberries and Cream" is a classic flavor note for this type of coffee. You also get herbal, floral, and stone fruit notes, along with a touch of rooibos and peach tea.
