In the cup, we experience an exceptionally elegant and fresh brew. Notes of bergamot and jasmine dominate, giving the coffee a distinctly floral and slightly citrusy profile, reminiscent of the finest Earl Grey teas. Its light, airy structure and crystalline purity of flavor make this coffee a true summer treat – full of finesse, freshness, and a joyful lightness.
This coffee from Ethiopia, the Guji region, is grown at an altitude of 2150–2350 m above sea level and washed at the Bisrat station. It is 100% Wolisho – an ancient, local Arabica variety, prized for its unique, floral-tea character.
