Ethiopia Bookkisa, Guji is a natural from the Guji region, originating from the Bookkisa area and processed at the Weessi (Sookoo Coffee) station by producer Ture Waji. Grown at an altitude of approximately 2,000 meters above sea level, using local varieties Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, it showcases everything we love about modern Ethiopian coffees: purity, intense fruitiness, and floral elegance.
Peach dominates the cup – juicy, ripe, and sweet. Strawberries accompany it, bringing a light, sugary fruitiness and freshness. The overall effect is unified by a distinct floral character, giving the coffee a lightness and a perfumed finesse. The profile is bright, harmonious, and very drinkable, with a clean, fruity finish.
