Friedhats – Kenya KII is the first Kenyan lot of the year, and it’s a total knockout. Sourced from the prestigious Kii factory in Kirinyaga County, this coffee is produced by the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society, a group famous for delivering world-class quality year after year. The premium prices fetched by Kii coffees directly support poverty eradication in the region. Grown at staggering altitudes of up to 1900 MASL, this washed lot featuring SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 is a brilliant example of Kenyan excellence.
The cup is remarkably juicy and bright, bursting with the signature winey acidity of blackcurrant.
