Colombia CGLE-17 is the result of years of experimentation at the legendary Las Margaritas farm. CGLE-17 is the original, final iteration of the Gesha x Caturra hybrid, which the Herrera brothers have been developing since 2017. This Aerobic Washed coffee offers a rare blend of Gesha's nobility and Caturra's character. It's a product for those who appreciate innovation and want to experience a coffee that has "used its time" better than the rest of us. Exoticism and freshness dominate this coffee's profile. Tart and juicy physalis take center stage, lending the infusion a slightly dry, fruity tone. This is accompanied by the distinct acidity of green kiwi, which makes the coffee incredibly vibrant.
