Rigoberto Herrera from the prestigious Café Granja La Esperanza has crafted a cleaner and more nuanced cup compared to its natural counterpart. It is the same beloved Sudan Rume, but as the roastery says—written in a completely "different font." Pure elegance and perfect balance.
The profile opens with a rare and refreshing hint of mint, providing an airy lightness to the cup. This is immediately followed by juicy, sweet orange, which brings a vibrant fruity dynamic.
