Friedhats – El Salvador Fes Bourbon 120N marks the triumphant return of a certified Friedhats classic. Cultivated by long-time partner Rodolfo Ruffatti at Finca El Salvador, located in the prominent Santa Ana mountain range, this lot features 100% traditional Bourbon seeds. The cherries were subjected to a heavy, custom post-harvest protocol: an extensive 120-hour anaerobic fermentation stage inside sealed oxygen-free tanks before final drying. This technical process dramatically amplifies aromatic precursors, turning the lot into a beautifully structured, boozy tropical bomb.

The resulting cup delivers an incredibly bold, complex, and rewarding flavor experience. It leads with deep, sweet undertones of rich rum raisin tightly bound to the dense, jammy sweetness of ripe strawberry jam. This heavy fruit core is grounded by a distinct, comforting malt-chocolate finish reminiscent of Maltesers™ candy.
