KB Coffee Roasters – China Tianhao is a specialty coffee from Tianhao Estate in Lancang County, Pu’er City, Yunnan Province. The Catimor variety is grown at 1600–1800 m, with cultivation and processing both carried out at the estate founded by Wei Yunhua.
The coffee undergoes a Natural process using fully ripe, sugar-rich cherries and controlled low-temperature fermentation. This approach reflects Yunnan’s distinctive Winey Natural style, highlighting fruit sweetness and a gently wine-like character.
In the cup, juicy cherry meets tropical pineapple, followed by a distinctive, slightly boozy note of rum. A deeper touch of cocoa beans rounds out the profile, creating an expressive combination of ripe fruit, sweetness and winey depth.
