KB Coffee Roasters – Queen of Saba is an exceptional specialty coffee from the Wadi Al-Shari valley in Yemen's Haraz region. The Mocha variety is grown by Saleh Ghaleb Al-Harazi at an impressive elevation of approximately 2,450 metres above sea level.
The coffee undergoes the distinctive Anaerobic Hydra Reviva Process™, developed and mastered by the producer. The method combines slow drying, controlled rehydration and a seven-day anaerobic fermentation followed by precise final drying. In the cup, expect complex notes of tea, dried fruit, rose, spices and florals.
