KB Coffee Roasters – Peru Eulogio Chipao Gesha is a breathtaking, high-altitude specialty lot originating from the isolated and majestic Incahuasi valley in Cusco, Peru. Produced by Eulogio Chipao, a highly respected community leader, this coffee embodies the traditional Inca principles of collective labor. Grown at an extreme altitude of 2200 MASL under native shade trees, this unique local mutation of the Geisha variety benefits from late ripening and pristine conditions. A meticulous fully washed process with dry fermentation guarantees immaculate cup clarity.

The resulting cup is beautifully juicy, light-bodied, and highly structured, carrying the iconic floral and crisp characteristics of top-tier high-altitude coffees. It opens with an intensely fragrant, elegant bouquet of fresh jasmine, resting seamlessly on a sweet fruit foundation of plush peach and sun-ripened apricot. A bright, well-defined layer of crisp citrus fruits rounds out the clean finish. Lightly roasted, it performs phenomenally across all manual pour-over brewing methods like the V60 or Chemex.
