Kaffeelix - Costa Rica Aquiares Flower Culture, Anaerobic - 250g

Kaffeelix – Costa Rica Aquiares Flower Culture is the result of a truly poetic processing method. Grown on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano, this F1 Centroamericano variety undergoes a unique anaerobic flower culture process. Fresh coffee blossoms are harvested to create a spontaneous fermentation starter, which is then used to ferment the coffee cherries. This year's lot was fermented in whole cherries, leading to an even more pronounced and expressive aromatic profile.

The cup is exceptionally elegant and transparent, leading with refined notes of white tea and peach. Layers of guava, nectarine, and grapes provide a succulent fruitiness, while a touch of light maple syrup adds a delicate sweetness to the finish. With its light "funky" undertones perfectly integrated into a balanced body, this coffee is a celebration of Costa Rican innovation and terroir, performing beautifully in any pour-over method.
