It features a meticulously evaluated field blend of Castillo, Colombia, Caturra, Bourbon Aji, and Sidra. The final profile is a masterfully curated composition, combining traditional washed lots, advanced washed lots, and high-intervention co-fermented selections (Washed - Advanced Fermentation) to build maximum aromatic depth and structural stability.
