Lot Coffee – Honduras Elder Chavez is a stunning example of precision and passion from the Santa Barbara region. Producer Elder Chavez took a bold step in 2020 by completely replanting his El Mirador farm with Geisha seeds sourced from the legendary Hartmann family in Panama. Growing at 1800 MASL, this coffee reflects the absolute peak of Honduran specialty production.
Processed using the Washed method with a 28–36 hour dry fermentation, this lot offers incredible clarity. Expect a sophisticated bouquet of jasmine and lemon, paired with the juicy sweetness of melon and honey. A smooth vanilla finish rounds out the experience. Whether brewed as a vibrant filter or a modern espresso, this Geisha stands out for its consistency and elegance.
