Exceptional coffee from the El Borbollón mill in the Santa Ana region, run by the Álvarez family for six generations. The current manager is Eduardo Álvarez, who passionately continues his father's legacy, focusing on quality, transparency, and the development of the specialty coffee market in El Salvador. El Borbollón collaborates with 15 farms (including La Reforma), 10 of which have won places in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition. Four of them received the COE Presidential Award for achieving scores above 90 points.
