People Possession – GREEN is a Colombian specialty coffee produced by Jairo Arcila in the Quindío region. The Castillo variety is grown at elevations of approximately 1,400–1,500 metres above sea level.
The coffee undergoes a Honey Co-Fermented process using wine yeast and green apple. The result is a juicy and intensely sweet cup with notes of apple soda, candy and berries – a bold and distinctive expression of modern co-fermented coffee.
