Quickborn Roastery – Colombia Las Perlitas is a high-scoring single-origin specialty coffee sourced from Huila, Colombia (1900–2300 MASL). This lot aggregates 86+ point micro-lots of the prized Pink Bourbon variety, grown by selected smallholder farmers. The cherries undergo a fully Washed process with an extended fermentation stage lasting 24 to 72 hours before sun-drying for 7–14 days. This technique maximizes fruit complexity, natural sugars, and cup clarity.

The resulting filter roast demonstrates a vibrant, floral, and juicy taste hierarchy. The sensory profile opens with elegant notes of fresh roses and sweet pomegranate, complemented by a crisp, bright finish of lime. Lightly roasted for manual pour-over extraction, it performs consistently across tools like the Hario V60, Chemex, and AeroPress.
