TANAT Coffee – Ethiopia Ana Sora represents the pinnacle of Ethiopian coffee production, boasting an impressive SCA score of 87. Sourced from the Ana Sora station in the Guji district, these Heirloom cherries are grown at extreme altitudes of up to 2300 m a.s.l. These unique conditions, combined with innovative processing, result in a cup of exceptional clarity and depth.

The coffee underwent a 4-day anaerobic fermentation in sealed stainless steel tanks, followed by a slow drying period of 15–18 days on African raised beds. This process unveils a highly expressive cup with a syrupy body and rich fruit intensity. Expect vibrant notes of strawberry and white peach, supported by a sophisticated black tea finish. Roasted as an Omni-roast, it is perfectly suited for both complex filter brews and vibrant, modern espresso.
