Produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene under the renowned Alo Coffee label, this lot comes from high-altitude plots situated at 2,200 MASL. The cherries underwent a precise 72-hour anaerobic natural fermentation, followed by slow drying on African beds to ensure maximum clarity and intensity.
In the cup, Elto Elora reveals a brilliant and juicy acidity. It leads with vibrant notes of mandarin and starfruit (carambole), followed by a delicate floral sweetness of strawberry flower. The experience is rounded off by a bright, zesty pomelo finish.
