The Naughty Dog – Autumn is a naturally processed specialty coffee from Yirgacheffe Gedeb in Ethiopia. This lot from Gedeb Gotiti combines Dega, Kurume and Wolisho varieties grown at 1995–2020 m. It comes from the January 2026 harvest and is roasted in an Omni profile.
The cup opens with the sweet, juicy character of an orange lollipop, followed by the bright tartness of cranberry. Nougat adds a creamy, dessert-like sweetness, while a distinctive orange wine note brings extra fruit depth and a gently fermented character.
