The Naughty Dog – Ethiopia Cyclist is a single-origin specialty coffee sourced from the Banko Gotiti area in the Gedeb district of Ethiopia. Grown at extreme elevations of 1900–2300 MASL, this Grade 1 lot consists of the 74110 and 74112 local landrace varieties. The cherries undergo a meticulous Super Natural dry processing method, ensuring enhanced sugar absorption and fruit-forward complexity without compromising cup clarity.
The resulting filter roast yields a balanced cup with medium, structured acidity. The flavor profile opens with delicate notes of forest fruit and sweet peach, anchored by a smooth, lingering aftertaste of milk chocolate. Lightly roasted for manual pour-over extractions, this coffee performs consistently across brewing tools such as the Hario V60, Chemex, and AeroPress.
