Harvested in January 2026 from altitudes between 1900 and 2300 MASL, this lot features a blend of 74110, 74112, and Mixed Heirloom varieties from the Danche washing station. Processed via the traditional wet method (Washed), this lot emphasizes crisp organic acidity, high cup transparency, and delicate aromatics.
The resulting cup demonstrates high natural sweetness balanced by vibrant acidity and a tea-like structure. The flavor profile opens with fragrant notes of coffee blossoms and juicy white peach, settling into a distinct, clean finish defined by Earl Grey tea and bergamot undertones.
