This blend combines two outstanding components: the rare Ombligon variety from the famous El Diviso farm in Colombia (Natural process) and the crisp Ethiopian Taferi Kela (Washed process). Marrying Natural & Washed methods provides pristine cup clarity while retaining a heavy, sugary fruit sweetness.
The resulting cup features a prominent, higher acidity balanced by an indulgent, dessert-like sweetness. It opens with a vibrant, playful punch of cherry Maoam candies, which melts smoothly into a rich, creamy layer of vanilla ice cream.
