What the hell is going on?!

Cardamom, vanilla, and pistachios! A cake, but in liquid form, literally!

Castillo cherries were anaerobically fermented for 48 hours at 20 degrees Celsius. The coffee was then heat-shock treated, with the beans undergoing controlled drying for 34 hours at 35°C and 25% relative humidity, until the beans reached 10-11% moisture.
