Segera coffee comes from the Bensa region of Ethiopia, from a microlot run by Heleanna Georgalis—one of the most recognized figures in the Ethiopian specialty coffee world. The fruit is sourced from smallholders and undergoes a washed, Kenyan-style process (double fermentation), then dried on African beds. The result is a clean, elegant, and incredibly aromatic coffee suitable for pour-over methods.
