Finca Los Lajones in the Boquete region of Panama is the legendary farm of Graciano Cruz, with whom Doubleshot has been collaborating since 2010. The Catuai variety grown here is naturally processed with cherry fermentation, giving the coffee an intense, exotic character and exceptional sweetness. Designed for pour-over methods, this micro-lot impresses with its depth of flavor and creamy texture.
