It's accompanied by a deep, dark molasses sweetness, and the whole is illuminated by fresh, pure blackcurrant – the hallmark of the best Kenyan flights. The coffee is bold, juicy, and layered, with a long, fruity finish. Kenia from Handege Coffee Factory, owned by the Ritho Farmers' Cooperative Society, hails from Kiambu County, where the SL28 and Ruiru 11 varieties are grown at an altitude of 1600–1800 meters above sea level. The flight has been washed, highlighting the purity and juiciness typical of this part of Kenya. It's a classic Kenyan cup – intense, fruity, and built on exceptional clarity.
