Friedhats – Colombia Bellavista Semi-Washed Gesha is a unique Colombian Geisha with a very modern profile, produced using precise, double anaerobic fermentation. The "anaerobic washed/semi-washed" process combines the purity of the washed coffee with the intensity of the fermentation, resulting in an extremely aromatic, floral, and elegant cup.
Jasmine dominates the aroma – intense, pure, typical of the highest quality Geisha. Lemongrass appears in the flavor, bringing freshness, a green-citrus juiciness, and lightness. Bergamot ties the whole thing together with a tea-like, earl-grey note, giving the coffee structure and a refined acidity. A subtle, sticky fruity sweetness appears in the background, giving the coffee depth without disturbing its clarity. The overall scent is exceptionally clean, bright, and elegant, with a long, floral-citrus finish.
