Friedhats - Colombia Geisha, Diego Horta is an experimental coffee from the Santa Maria region of Huila, grown at 1600–1700 meters above sea level. The Geisha variety was processed using the natural infusion method, where mosto and eucalyptus flowers were added to the fermentation. The result is a transparent, bold design that combines the highest quality with complete openness.
There's a lot going on in the cup. Fresh notes of eucalyptus open with a cool, green freshness. Immediately after, bold red fruits and cherries emerge, with a candied sweetness, balancing between juiciness and a dessert character.
