Good Coffee – Ethiopia Negele Gorbitu comes from the Gedeo Zone in Yiracheffe, Ethiopia. The coffee is made up of Kurume, Dega and Wolisho varieties grown at elevations of 1995–2020 metres above sea level, where the high-altitude conditions allow the coffee cherries to develop a complex and expressive flavour profile.
Processed using the Natural Anaerobic method, this coffee offers an intensely fruity and aromatic cup. Expect vibrant notes of forest fruit and tropical fruit, complemented by a distinctive black tea character. The result is a complex Ethiopian coffee combining juicy fruit flavours with an elegant, tea-like finish.
