Composed of classic SL28 and SL34 varieties processed at the Karumandi wet mill, the cherries undergo traditional fully Washed processing. This method highlights high cup clarity, structured acidity, and intense fruit characteristics.
The resulting filter roast presents a vibrant, red-fruit-forward flavor hierarchy. The sensory profile opens with bold notes of dark blackcurrant, sweet cherries, and juicy raspberries.
