About this product
KB Coffee Roasters – Uganda Mubuku is a specialty coffee from Kasese in Western Uganda. The SL-14 variety is grown at 1300–2030 m and delivered to Mubuku Station, which works with more than 4,300 local coffee farmers.
The coffee undergoes a Natural Anaerobic process. Carefully selected cherries are sealed in tanks for 40 hours of anaerobic fermentation before being dried on raised beds for approximately 18–24 days. The controlled process is designed to promote even drying and a clean final cup.
Juicy cherry and ripe tropical fruit lead the cup before giving way to the sweeter character of praline and creamy milk chocolate. The combination delivers an expressive profile where vibrant fruit meets rich, dessert-like sweetness.
