LOT Coffee – Colombia Forest Fruits is a modern specialty microlot from the Huila region, produced by Ana Maria Trujillo. The Castillo variety, grown at altitudes ranging from 1650 to 2100 MASL, underwent an advanced Double Anaerobic Co-ferment process. This double oxygen-free fermentation combined with fruit elements alters the flavor precursors, locking in an immense amount of structural sweetness and distinct aromatic complexity.

The resulting cup features high clarity, a well-defined body, and a long, rewarding finish. The flavor profile leads with prominent notes of ripe forest fruits, highlighting sweet blueberries, delicate wild strawberries, and juicy raspberries. This intense fruit core is seamlessly balanced by a smooth, comforting note of sweet vanilla. Roasted as an omniroast, this lot performs exceptionally well across manual pour-overs like the Hario V60 as well as modern, fruit-forward espresso extractions.
