NOMAD COFFEE - Rwanda Gasharu- 250g
A unique filter coffee from the Gasharu region of Rwanda. Delicate, complex, and juicy, combining fresh fruitiness with subtle sweetness. This coffee is dominated by floral and fruity notes – elderflower and honey. Complemented by fresh accents of green grape, melon, and kiwi. In the background, nuances of cocoa, lemongrass, and dried fruit emerge. This coffee stands out for its bright, juicy acidity and full, sweet body, making it elegant and multi-dimensional.
Freshly picked cherries are carefully selected and crushed, then placed in sealed tanks where they ferment for 36 hours in anaerobic conditions. This method enhances the deeper and more complex flavors. After fermentation, the coffee is carefully washed and dried on raised African beds, guaranteeing its exceptional quality.
