Rum Baba – Kaleidoscope 3.0 is the third experimental blend from Pitalito, Huila (Colombia), created from various varietals (including Castillo and Bourbon Aji) and based on innovative washed experimental and co-ferment processes. This is the next iteration of the iconic project, in which Rum Baba plays with fermentation, roasting, and blending, creating a coffee that is as expressive and unconventional as possible. In the cup, it's intense and sugary: bubblegum pops first – sweet, playful, and very aromatic. A banana muffin immediately follows, soft and dessert-like, and the whole is completed by blueberry candies, adding juiciness and fruity energy. The profile is bold, layered, and full of fermentation fun – a coffee for fans of bold flavors.
