Tanat – Ethiopia Alo Bombe is a single-origin specialty coffee sourced from the Bensa region in Ethiopia. Produced by Tamiru Tadesse in the village of Bombe, this lot undergoes a mechanical fully Washed, Zero Fermentation process. Removing the pulp directly without fermentation followed by 12 days of shaded drying on raised beds preserves the pure terroir, crisp acidity, and delicate aromatics.
The resulting filter roast demonstrates an elegant, highly floral taste profile. The sensory hierarchy opens with notes of aromatic jasmine and juicy white peach, concluding with a clean, refreshing background of sencha tea. Lightly roasted for manual pour-over extraction, it performs consistently across tools like the Hario V60, Chemex, and AeroPress.
