Tanat – Ethiopia Bombe is a vibrant showcase of Ethiopian coffee innovation. Sourced from the Ayla washing station in the Sidamo region, this lot is part of the Testi Coffee group’s mission to elevate local communities. Grown between 1,950 and 2,150 MASL by 700 smallholders, the Heirloom cherries underwent an intensive 120-hour anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a cup of extraordinary density and sweetness.
In the cup, it is a literal "fruit bomb." Expect explosive and complex notes of strawberry and blueberry, seamlessly intertwined with lush tropical fruits. The high altitude and slow maturation process have concentrated the sugars, delivering a remarkably sweet and aromatic experience.
