Named "Rugori" (The Women's Crown), this specific lot is exclusively produced and processed by women to directly support their financial autonomy. The cherries undergo an innovative Anaerobic Washed fermentation, a low-oxygen method that expands the seed's natural complexity while retaining a sparkling clean core.
Roasted carefully for espresso extraction, Rugori delivers a silky mouthfeel accompanied by immense structural sweetness.
