The Naughty Dog - Colombia Finca Patio Bonito is the result of the work of Paola and Carlos Trujillo, a duo of producers who have perfected the processing process on their farm in the Cauca region. This batch is a classic Bourbon Aji variety, harvested in December 2025 at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level. Thanks to the traditional washed processing, the coffee retains its extraordinary clarity and noble character.
