Beansmith's - Kenia Ndundu PB - 250g
The foreground features prominent blackcurrant – juicy, intense, and typically Kenyan. This is accompanied by a rhubarb sweetness, reminiscent of rhubarb pie, which beautifully balances the acidity. The finish is clean and pleasantly dessert-like, with a hint of chocolate that rounds it all off and lends the coffee an elegant touch.
The profile is clear, energetic, and very classic.
Beansmith's Kenia Ndundu PB is a classic washed from the Gatundu region (Kiambu County), grown at an altitude of 1600–1800 m above sea level. Only the SL28 and SL34 varieties – increasingly rare in their pure form today – are responsible for the distinctive, intense Kenyan style. This is a PB (Peaberry) type of coffee, meaning single beans, denser, and exceptionally evenly roasted. This coffee is ideal for filter coffee.
Flavor Notes: black currant, rhubarb pie, chocolate
